Proceed to Chateau Roaring Fork conference room (1039 E Cooper Ave) to pick up your room key and parking pass. Have a glass of wine, greet old friends, and make plans for dinner at your favorite spot in town. Dinner is on you.

Breakfast at 7 AM in the conference room. Walk to the Silver Queen Gondola (611 E Durant Ave) for your scenic ride up to the top of Aspen Mountain. The ticket office is located at the steps of the gondola for those in need. At the top of your ride is the Sundeck Restaurant where we have snacks and libations on the outside deck, weather permitting. Happy hour 5PM in the conference room and dinner at 6:30. The conference room closes at 10 PM.

Breakfast 7 AM in the conference room. Today we carpool or take the RFTA bus to Snowmass Mountain. BBQ Lunch will be served at our private cabin at the top of the Sam’s Knob lift. Look for your friends at the end of the day either in the Venga Venga Bar at the Snowmass Mall, or the Base Camp Bar at the Snowmass Base adjacent to the base of the Village Express chairlift. Happy hour and dinner in the conference room.

Breakfast 7 AM in the conference room. Carpool or take the local bus to Aspen Highlands. Lunch will be outside the Merry Go Round Restaurant with hot coffee, food and beverages available for purchase inside. At the end of the day, we meet at Highlands Alehouse at the base of the mountain. Happy hour and dinner in the conference room.

Breakfast 7 AM in the conference room. Carpool or take the RFTA bus to Snowmass. Lunch at Sliders Cabin in the Alpine Springs area near the bottom of the Slider’s run. Apres ski at Venga Venga Bar at the Snowmass Mall, or the Base Camp Bar at the Snowmass Base. We will have snacks and libations at the conference room, but dinner is on you in town.

Breakfast 7 AM in the conference room. Checkout is at 10 AM, baggage may be stored in the conference room for those who stay later.
